+ Always Backup your Existing customization
+ Don't override your config file

There are some handy things you can still do from the Admincp which are Quick fix (First Aid) before opening a Support Ticket on either Crea8social or our Dashboard (LightedPHP).

You can Enable Debug from Your Admincp Website Settings to see the Actual Error to see maybe you can fix it or contact a support

If you notice the error is from a Widget, You can quickly remove the widget From the Page at Admincp=>Page Builder pending the time you contact support and the Agent provide the fix.

If it is a plugin, you can temporarily Deactivate the Plugin in the Admincp so that you members does not see the error while you contact support.

If the error is a bit critical, you can switch On offline Mode in the Admincp while you contact support
